In 1998 the owner and founder Mr Ketan Bharania started his business with a small general shop in Porbandar as Shiva Bakers Point while selling the breads and bakery products of the locally available brand.

During this period there were a bundle of complains each day for the quality of those bakery products from customers while there was hardly any response from the suppliers side.

Lack of quality supply and increasing demand of quality products the idea of starting bakery production was generated.

Initially the innovation commenced in the tiny storage space with help of his late mother Mrs. Geeta Bharania, life partner Mrs. Krishna Bharania, Daughter Ms. Heer Bharania, Daughter Ms. Khushi Bharania Experimenting to create the best recipes and producing very limited quantity with quality of products.

After many trials and error and hard work venture started expanding. The production house was expanded taking over the whole garage to produce more quantity of the finest bakery products in the city. The venture took off over years increase the market share and brand value leading to a great expenditure and numerous franchises were given. Though it was later shut down as the franchise were not maintaining the quality standards.

In 2012 company was registered under the company act and established as Private Limited Company to get the market share in quality of bakery products. In following years the company again started giving out franchise in different area of Porbandar and nearby cities.

With not looking back, moving ahead in 2019 company moved to 28000 sqft. of production house with state of art & technology, with appointing highly professional trained staff to assist bulk quanlity production for supplying multiple franchises in different cities.
